Every item you order is placed in its own ready-to-give gift box, personally wrapped with ribbon and sometimes other adornments such as fabric flowers. If your purchase is a gift being shipped directly to the recipient, just indicate that it's a gift and we won't include the invoice and payment information with the shipment. You will receive this via email anyway. There's a place for you to enter a customized message if you'd like.

We do our best to show size in pictures by putting an item next to items you can gauge the size by, such as coins or even a ruler. We also try to include the height and width of each item in the description. If the size isn't clear enough and you have any questions, please send us a message and we'll get right back to you.

Our pendants come with complimentary (free) chains except for sterling silver chains which you can purchase. If you have a preference for a chain link chain versus a ball chain please let us know in the message area when ordering. You can also state a preference for length and if we have it in stock we'll accommodate your request. We usually have 18" and 22" chains, but may be able to make them shorter or add extenders.

In nearly all copper pieces, the wire has a protective coating over it to prevent tarnishing or allergic reactions to the metal. We use a product from Everbrite called Protectaclear for this purpose. Most of our silver will also be coated with this to protect your skin and prevent tarnishing.

To extend the life of your jewelry you should not wear it in the shower or while swimming. Sterling silver can be stored in a ziplock bag to keep it away from oxygen and prevent tarnishing. All our pendants, copper, silver, or sterling silver, can be cleaned gently with a soft cloth to remove tarnish if necessary.

Please let us know if you have any custom order designs in mind and we will do our best to make it happen! Our ability to help you will depend on our availability, whether we need to order specific materials or stones, but we'll work with you to agree on a timeframe and price. If we can't do it we can refer you to someone else who can.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
